Unlawful obligation for religious leaders of recognized religions to get pensioned at a certain age

Key facts of the case - The Flemish Region has adopted a decree which decides that religious leaders of recognized religions must automatically stop working and get pension at 75 years.

Main reasoning of the Court - On one hand, the Constitutional Court judges that there was no violation of religious freedom.
On the other hand, the Court holds the Flemish decree to be unconstitutional because it creates a discrimination founded on the age, between religious leaders of recognized religions and those of other religions. So, the Court has nullified the decree.
